Terms of Service
Before commissioning, please make sure that commissioners read and agree with all the Terms of Service, because it's important that commissioners agree with it and that we're on the same page for the commission to work out!---Rights and use:- This type of commission is personal use only, which means commissioners are not allowed to resell or make any profit from the commission result- Commissioners are not allowed to use any part of the finished commission for training AI models or AI generators and/or to create Non Fungible Tokens (NFT)- Artist will upload the watermarked final result on their social media for portfolio purpose, if commissioners want to keep their commission result private, it will be charged with private fee- Commissioners may post the commission piece on their social platforms with credit- Artist have right to refuse commissioners' request---What will commissioners get:- Watermarked JPG file- Non-watermarked PNG file- Non-watermarked transparent PNG file---Regular commission workflow, deadlines, and delivery:- Artist will start sketching on commission after commissioners send the reference and deal with the price and terms of service- Artist will give 3 times minor revisions on sketch and base color step- After the sketch and base color approved by commissioners, commissioners have to do the full payment before artist continue to the next step- After artist receiving the payments, artist will continue to the next step, and there will be no more revisions on the next step- Commission will take 7-30 days after the payment- If there any delay on works, artist will inform the commissioners- Artist will send the final result through email---"SKEB / Surprise Me!" commission workflow, deadlines, and delivery:- Artist will start working on commission after commissioners completed the payment- There is no revisions/changes and no communication on "SKEB / Surprise Me!" commission type- Commission will take 7-21 days after the payment- If there any delay on works, artist will inform the commissioners- Artist will send the final result through email---Payment and refunds:- Local commissioners will use QRIS as a payment method in IDR currency- International commissioners will use Paypal as a payment method in USD currency- Commissioners have to do the full payment after sketch approved by commissioner for regular commission- Commissioners have to do the full payment upfront for "SKEB / Surprise Me!" commission- No refunds allowed unless artist fail to finish commission before 45 days for regular commission and before 30 days for "SKEB / Surprise Me!" commission- No refunds to a completed commission---Do and don'ts:
